Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a full-time contract in an elementary school for the 2026–2027 academic year. You will support a diverse caseload, evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children.

The position runs August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday. A Master’s degree in SLP and CCC-SLP are required, and NC licensure is highly preferred to ensure compliance and collaboration with

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field
CCC-SLP required
Active North Carolina SLP license preferred
Background in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred
Experience with evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of communication, language, and speech disorders in children
Effective teamwork and communication skills
Proficiency in documentation and caseload management

Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
Develop IEPs and collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
Provide evidence-based therapy, interventions, and supports, individually and in groups
Monitor progress, update goals, and maintain records per school guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere where every child’s voice is valued
