The ideal candidate holds an MS in school administration with a valid Professional Educator License (PEL) and Principal Endorsement, with four years of educational experience, and strong skills in communication, organization, and staff development. Qualifications

• MS in school administration with valid PEL and Principal Endorsement.
• Four years of experience in an educational setting, preferably teaching.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace for Education.
• Ability to communicate with students, parents and staff.
• Strong organizational, time management, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the school and oversee overall operations.
• Recruit, select, and orient new personnel.
• Coordinate substitute teachers and staffing schedules.
• Review student transcripts and registration processes.
• Facilitate communication among staff, students, parents and the community.
• Attend IEP meetings and coordinate 504 plans.
• Supervise and evaluate assigned staff; enforce student handbook policies.
• Lead district-level staff development and prepare required reports.
