Master's degree required; substantial experience in lieu of degree considered.
Three (3) years of successful full-time experience as an assistant principal or other administrator in a K-12 school
Valid Virginia Postgraduate Professional licensed with an endorsement in Administration and Supervision (or eligibility to obtain same)

Responsibilities

Design and monitor short- and long-term goals for the School, aligned with the SCPS strategic plan.
Hire, develop, and retain an effective staff of educators and support personnel.
