• Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution required; substantial experience considered in lieu.
• Three years of full-time experience as an assistant principal or administrator in a K-12 school.
• Virginia Postgraduate Professional license with an endorsement in Administration and Supervision (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Establish a strong culture for student and staff to fuel student success.
• Lead recruitment and selection of licensed and service personnel at the school level.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth daily functioning of the school.
• Maintain fiscal oversight over the school budget and related funds.
• Develop and implement a master schedule aligned to academic needs.
