Job summary

EdLogical Group in California is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to support school-based services in Los Angeles or Orange County for the 2026-2027 school year. You will work under a Physical Therapist to deliver individualized therapy aligned with IEP goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and parents, thorough documentation, and participation in mentorship and training opportunities; licensure, background clearance, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of service.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate therapy into classroom activities.
• Partner with a Physical Therapist to discuss and refine treatment plans and ensure supervision.
• Engage with parents to incorporate the child’s therapy program into daily routines.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation for all student therapy sessions and progress.
