Job summary

Soliant is partnering with a Georgia school district to hire an Occupational Therapist for a full-time K–5 position. The role focuses on pediatric OT services, a collaborative team environment, and a meaningful caseload that supports student progress in and out of the classroom.

You will conduct evaluations, deliver individual and small-group therapy, participate in IEP meetings, document accurately, and help students develop fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional life skills.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active state license in Occupational Therapy required.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred but motivated clinicians from other settings are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT evaluations and services for K–5 students.
• Deliver individual and small-group therapy sessions focusing on fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional life skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate, compliant documentation.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans to support growth throughout the school year.
