Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cooks food items to meet nutritional requirements and production records.
• Cleans utensils, equipment, and serving areas to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Inspects items for quantity, quality, and specifications according to health standards.
• Stocks food, condiments and supplies to maintain adequate quantities.
• Prepares inventory and temperature logs, machine logs, and related documentation.
• Evaluates flavor, appearance and temperature of prepared foods.
