You will supervise teachers and support staff, analyze data, and plan units to boost student achievement.

With 3+ years in urban classrooms and a California teaching credential, you will coach teams, model best practices, and participate in professional development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching in an urban city classroom with demonstrated gains.
• Deep knowledge of elementary instruction and planning skills.
• Strong leadership skills and personal drive.
• Relentless pursuit of high expectations.
• Data‑driven and outcome oriented.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop others; adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage and empower parents and families.
• Experience in building and maintaining outstanding school culture.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strategic planning and project management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• BA from an accredited university.
• Valid teaching credential in California or ability to transfer credentialing to California.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional vision with the Principal and oversee multiple grade levels.
• Coach teams to build subject area expertise and improve practice.
• Drive data‑driven cycles for planning and instruction to raise achievement.
• Manage teachers, enrichment staff, and support personnel.
