Qualifications

• 3+ years of urban classroom teaching with strong gains.
• Deep knowledge of elementary instruction and planning.
• Ability to inspire and develop others; strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop a rigorous, college-preparatory culture in every classroom.
• Coach teams to build subject-area expertise and plan units.
• Lead data-driven cycles to inform instruction and planning.
• Ensure 1.5 years of progress for Rocketeers annually.
• Collaborate with Special Education to support inclusive delivery.
• Teach occasionally to model the school approach during onboarding.
• Foster parent and student partnerships and communicate regularly.
• Promote collaboration across schools to share best practices.
