Job summary

The City of Flint is seeking a School Improvement Coordinator to work with building improvement teams and the Principal to provide academic support for teaching staff, implementing best practices of instruction that use state and local assessment data to improve student achievement.

Available locations include Eisenhower Elementary, Potter Elementary, and Brownell STEM Elementary; the role offers an Administrative Salary Schedule, starting salary of $80,131 plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus, 210 days

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of certified teaching experience at elementary level
• Minimum of 2 years in an educational leadership role
• Experience in grant management and data interpretation and analysis preferred
