Job summary

Qualifications

• General custodial work experience or equivalent training/experience.
• Ability to operate custodial equipment and physical ability to perform duties.
• Must be able to lift and move objects and work in a school environment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, strip, wax and buff floors.
• Clean restrooms, replenish supplies, dust furniture, and clean windows and fixtures.
• Empty trash and maintain clean indoor/outdoor areas; perform light groundskeeping.
• Prepare requisition forms for cleaning supplies and report needs to supervisor.
• Assist with opening/locking buildings and adjusting climate controls as needed.
