Job summary

Applitrack is seeking a Custodian - Elementary to maintain sanitary and safe facilities at Chee Dodge Elementary School. The role involves cleaning classrooms, offices, restrooms, cafeterias, and related areas, ensuring equipment is maintained and supplies are stocked.

You will assist with setting up for events and participate in safety and maintenance training. The position offers 7.5 hours per day, 236-day contract length, and a salary range of $33,881 to $40,934.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned school facilities to maintain a sanitary, safe, and attractive environment.
• Assist with arranging furnishings for meetings, activities and events.
• Attend service training on cleaning solvents, safety, and floor care.
• Inspect facilities to ensure safe operations and identify repairs.
• Maintain supplies and equipment needed for facility upkeep.
• Paint interior spaces as needed to maintain an attractive facility.
• Repair furniture and equipment as required for safety and usability.
• Respond to safety or operational concerns to resolve issues.
