Job summary

Applitrack is seeking a school custodial staff member to perform routine custodial activities at an assigned district school site. Responsibilities include cleaning classrooms, restrooms, gymnasiums, and common areas, maintaining safe and orderly facilities, and supporting event setups as needed.

Success requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to follow defined guidelines while protecting student safety and privacy.

Qualifications

• Shall have demonstrated people skills to indicate ability to function in a team oriented environment.
• Shall have a high school diploma or GED Certificate as required by Kentucky law.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine custodial activities at the assigned District school site.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, wax and polish floors; vacuum rugs and carpets.
• Clean classrooms, restrooms, showers, locker rooms, shops and offices.
• Monitor gym events to assure orderly behavior and protect the building.
• Wash windows and walls; report hazards and maintenance needs.
• Develop and follow a work schedule with supervision.
