Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep building and premises neat and clean at all times.
• Regulate heat, ventilation, and air conditioning for comfort and energy efficiency.
• Shovel, plow, and sand walks, driveways, and steps.
• Check daily that exit doors are open and panic bars work during school hours.
• Sweep classrooms daily and dust furniture.
