Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral issues.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop strategies supporting student success and well‑being.

• Deliver classroom guidance on conflict resolution, self‑esteem, and social skills.
• Serve as a resource for parents and guardians on child development and school concerns.
