Job summary

Dickinson Public Schools is seeking an Elementary School Counselor at Lincoln Elementary. The 185‑day contract begins August 2026, with salary per the 2025‑2027 Negotiated Agreement, ranging from $48,922 to $69,047 depending on education and experience.

Eligible for health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement benefits. Candidates must hold the North Dakota Educator's Certificate or be able to obtain it, and must obtain the School Counselor Credential.

Job description

DICKINSON PUBLIC SCHOOLS IS NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL COUNSELOR.

LOCATION

Lincoln Elementary

Final teaching assignments will be decided based on student enrollment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be licensed or be able to obtain the North Dakota Educator's Certificate. Must be able to obtain the School Counselor Credential.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

185 day contract starting in August 2026.

SALARY

Determined off the 2025-2027 Professional Negotiated Agreement. The salary range is $48,922 - $69,047 depending on education and experience.
