Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for maternity leave coverage in an elementary school setting in Illinois. You will deliver targeted OT services within IEP goals and collaborate with special education staff to support student progress.

On-site role with 21–28 hours per week across three to four days, August 17 through September 28. Compensation ranges from $25.06 to $45.06 per hour, with healthcare benefits and meal/housing options available.

Qualifications

• Requires accredited COTA program completion.
• Illinois license or eligibility required.
• Experience in pediatric or school settings preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs.
• Support student access and participation within autism programs.
• Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to monitor progress.
• Document interventions and maintain accurate records per school guidelines.
• Provide consultation to staff on adaptive techniques and strategies.
