Responsibilities

• Assist and support teaching team in the delivery of standards-based curriculum to selected students.
• Provide remedial/intervention instruction to students in small group and in team teaching situations.
• Provide consistent and data-driven progress monitoring with frequent assessment and reporting.
• Analyze student achievement data and use results for instructional interventions.
• Create a teaching environment conducive to learning and student growth.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with students and collaborate with RTI/ELL and grade-level teams.
• Employ the use of technologies in the teaching/learning process.
• Communicate student progress with homeroom teachers regularly.
