Job summary

Juan N. Seguin Elementary in Mission, TX seeks an Instructional Coach Literacy to lead implementation of ACE Campus reading initiatives and accelerate student growth through evidence-based reading practices.

The role focuses on transforming the campus culture, supporting teachers with science of reading strategies, and expanding access to high-quality literacy instruction for diverse learners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Education, curriculum or related field.
• Master’s degree in reading preferred.
• Valid or eligible to receive Texas Teacher Certification required.
• Evidence of completion of the Texas Teacher Reading Academy or equivalent science of reading certification preferred.
• Minimum of three year’s teaching experience preferred.
