Job summary

Young World Physical Education is hiring an Instructional Specialist in Spring, Texas, to support the ACE instructional model in schools. The Specialist will provide targeted academic interventions and instructional coaching while collaborating with campus leadership to enhance teaching practices.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and a Texas teaching certificate, with at least three years of classroom teaching experience. This role is critical in improving student achievement and requires effective communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate appropriate for assignment.
• Minimum of three (3) years of successful classroom teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction and targeted intervention to students identified as academically at risk.
• Analyze student performance data to identify trends and instructional needs.
• Model effective instructional practices and strategies in classrooms.
