Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field is required.
• Valid administrative licensure/certification or ability to obtain licensure via alternative pathway.
• Successful teaching experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in an educational setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for all elementary school operations and instructional programs.
• Foster a positive school culture focused on student achievement, safety, and well-being.
• Support and evaluate teachers and staff to promote professional growth and instructional excellence.
• Analyze student performance data to guide school improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure effective curriculum implementation and instructional practices.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with families and community members.
• Manage student discipline and implement positive behavior supports.
• Assist in development and oversight of school budgets and resources.
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
• Support extracurricular activities and participate in school and community events.
