Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED and/or 48 college credits/Associate's degree.
• Formal assessments: ParaPro or WorkKeys proficiency.
• Two years of experience working with young children.
• U.S. work authorization by first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supports direct instruction to children individually, in small groups, and in classroom settings.
• Provides assistance with classroom activities.
• Prepares instructional materials.
• Assists in classroom setup and cleanup.
• Manages individual and classroom behavior using prescribed approaches.
• Supervises students on field trips.
