• Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team to support students across the curriculum.
• Ability to shift instruction and provide content-specific and behavioral support and interventions.
• Ability to accept and implement directions.
• Ability to be flexible with job assignments as needed.
• Support teachers through classroom assistance to facilitate student connection to curriculum and peer interactions.
• Work collaboratively with other educational staff within the school and district.
