Position Summary

Beebe School District is seeking a dedicated, caring, and dependable paraprofessional to support teachers and students in grades 2–4. The successful candidate will assist with classroom instruction, provide individualized and small-group academic support, help maintain a positive learning environment, and contribute to the overall success and well‑being of students.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist certified teachers with daily classroom instruction and activities.
• Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce academic skills.
• Support students with assigned interventions and accommodations.
• Help prepare instructional materials and classroom resources.
