Job summary

Borlaug Elementary in Iowa City, IA is seeking an Elementary Supervisory Paraeducator for 3 hours per day (10:30-1:30, M-F). The role supports students with academic, social, and health needs under supervision of staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during recess and lunch, ensure safety and coordinate with staff.
• Assist with daily classroom routines and materials for instruction.
• Support health concerns and basic medicine distribution as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and comply with district policies.
• Other duties as assigned by the building principal or designated staff.
