Great Hearts Academies is seeking an Elementary Music Teacher for Archway Lincoln Classical Academy in Chandler, AZ. You will teach music using our curriculum, design thoughtful lessons, and foster a joyful classroom that supports truth, goodness, and beauty.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in music or education, and US work authorization is required. Certification is not required for general education, and OPT/CPT candidates are considered.

• Uphold and model school culture, dress code, policies, and safety procedures to contribute to a respectful environment.
• Communicate clearly with families, initiate conferences as needed, and foster strong home–school partnerships.
• Participate in the life of the academy through collaboration, events, and ongoing professional growth and excellence in teaching.

Fine Arts at Great Hearts

Fine Arts are not just electives but part of the core curriculum at Great Hearts: all students study music, drama, poetry and studio art. Music coursework includes both "applied" or performance foci as well as substantive music theory, history, and appreciation. We boast a stellar faculty across the fine arts curriculum, most of whom are professional artists and performers.

• Provide appropriate academic support to students, monitor progress, and partner with school leadership to address academic or behavioral needs in a timely manner.
• Uphold and model the culture, policies, and expectations of Great Hearts, including dress code, conduct, and safety procedures, contributing to a respectful and orderly school environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with families, initiating conferences as needed and fostering strong home-school partnerships.
• Participate fully in the life of the academy through faculty collaboration, school events, assigned duties, and a shared commitment to ongoing professional growth and excellence in teaching.

• Bachelor's or higher degree is required for a lead teaching role
