Qualifications

• WA state teaching certificate required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five or more years of teaching experience.
• Experience mentoring/coaching peers and leading professional development.
• Ability to partner with administrators and educators to shift instructional practices.

Responsibilities

• Support instructional growth of teachers through coaching, modeling and feedback.
• Facilitate MTSS-Intervention team collaboration with building admins.
• Provide job-embedded professional learning aligned to district initiatives.
• Promote culturally responsive teaching and equity in instruction.
• Support data-driven planning and PLCs to improve student outcomes.
