Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in a dynamic educational setting. In this contract role, you’ll provide direct services, conduct assessments, and collaborate across grade levels to ensure every learner’s voice is heard.

You’ll work with diverse student populations, develop IEPs, provide therapy sessions, and partner with teachers, families, and administrators to maximize student progress and success.

Qualifications

  • Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience or interest in working with students in grades K-12
  • Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and individualized intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique strengths and needs
  • Provide direct therapy sessions - individually or in small groups in a supportive school environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administration, and families to maximize student progress
  • Monitor and document student progress, adapting approaches as necessary
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
