Job summary

HeyTutor Inc. is partnering with a local school district in Baltimore, MD to provide in-person tutoring for 3rd–5th grade students. Applicants must have an Associate’s degree or be currently enrolled in college, with a focus on Elementary Math tutoring.

The role emphasizes group-based instruction, using provided curricula, in a classroom setting. FBI-DOJ background check is required, and the position offers stable hours and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• AA degree or higher, OR currently enrolled in college (required)
• Experience working with children or tutoring preferred
• Comfortable tutoring Elementary School Math
• Ability to manage large groups of students independently
• Comfortable working in a classroom setting
• Ability to pass an FBI-DOJ in-person background check

Responsibilities
