BBA Afterschool Inc. in Baltimore County is seeking an enthusiastic After-School Math Instructor/Tutor to lead the Academic Success: Math Enrichment program for elementary students.

This part-time, in-person role offers 1.5-hour sessions after school, at $37.50 per session ($25 per hour). Curriculum is provided and no lesson planning is required; you will supervise groups of 15–25 and support students' math skills.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of elementary-level mathematics
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable working with students in grades K–5
• Patient, encouraging, and able to explain concepts clearly
• Dependable and punctual
• Reliable transportation to the program location
• Must complete Baltimore County Public Schools background check and fingerprinting

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and age-appropriate math enrichment sessions
• Provide academic support and tutoring to elementary students

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring a knowledgeable, patient, and enthusiastic After-School Math Instructor/Tutor to lead an Academic Success: Math Enrichment program for elementary-aged students in Baltimore County.

The program is designed to provide students with additional support in mathematics while helping them build stronger academic skills, confidence, and a positive attitude toward learning.
