Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a record of achievement

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement rigorous lesson plans aligned with Mastery resources
• Analyze student assessment data to inform instruction and measure progress
• Collaborate in grade-level teams to share best practices and plan events
• Engage families with regular communication about student progress
• Demonstrate genuine care for students’ personal and academic success
• Pursue ongoing professional growth and respond to feedback
