Responsibilities

• Assess students' literacy skills using formal and informal assessments.
• Design and deliver targeted reading and writing interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement evidence-based literacy instruction.
• Coach and mentor teachers on best literacy practices.
• Analyze assessment data to monitor progress and inform decisions.
• Support school-wide literacy initiatives aligned with standards.
• Assist MTSS/RTI implementation.
• Model instructional practices and provide professional development.
• Coordinate with administrators, ELL staff, and families to support literacy growth.
