Specialists with the West Regional Partnership Center (WRPC) grant from the New York State Education Department Office of Special Education provide training, technical assistance, and support to educational organizations across the four western BOCES regions (Erie 1 BOCES, Erie 2 BOCES, Cattaraugus Allegany BOCES, Orleans Niagara BOCES). The specialists work collaboratively with other WRPC team members as well as other components of the Educational Partnership within the Office of Special Education to improve outcomes for students with disabilities.
