Job summary

Madison County Schools Mars Hill Elementary in Mars Hill, NC invites applications for a Library/Media Coordinator Teacher. This 10-month, full-time position supports library/media services and instructional initiatives aligned to NC standards.

The candidate must hold or be eligible for the Media Coordinator certification, possess a bachelor’s degree from an approved program, and hold or qualify for a NC teaching license.

Qualifications

• Must hold, or be eligible to hold, certification as Media Coordinator.
• Minimum/Bachelor's degree from an approved education program.
• NC Teaching License or have qualifications to obtain a NC teaching license.
• Must understand North Carolina Course of Study/Common Core and Essential Standards.
• Experience preferred.
• Other duties as assigned by Superintendent, Principal or designee including but not limited to extracurricular assignments.
