Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with willingness to become professionally prepared to supervise young children.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and commitment toward the position and CSUSA's mission.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with teachers, students, parents, and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SIS; good written and oral communication.
• Commitment to values and adherence to Code of Ethics for the Education Profession.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the daily program under teacher direction.
• Assist in planning and preparing the learning environment and materials for students.
• Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.
• Supervise outside playground activities and classroom-related tasks.
• Perform clerical tasks and attend staff meetings and training.
• Maintain confidentiality and promote student achievement and respectful behavior.
• Support field trips and supervise students during transitions and activities.
