Charter Schools USA seeks an Elementary Instruction Aide to support classroom instructors and supervise students. You will help implement daily activities, prepare materials, and assist in small-group instruction.

Qualifications

• High School degree, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Experience working with children, preferably with disabilities.
• Commitment to CSUSA values and ethics.
• Willingness to participate in trainings and staff meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the daily program under the teacher’s direction.
• Help plan and set up learning environments and materials for students.
• Work with students individually or in small groups.
• Supervise outdoor playground activities.
• Assist with clerical tasks and housekeeping as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Operate classroom equipment as required.
• Support positive behavior and student engagement.
