- Developing approaches and methodologies that incorporate state standards while enabling a child to co-construct their learning within a joyful, academic, engaging environment.

Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or an out-of-field degree with teaching experience and state certification.
- The Lead Teacher will be supported by an Assistant or Associate Teacher.
- Lead Teachers will demonstrate openness to observation and feedback and willingness to grow as a collaborative, reflective educator.
