Qualifications

• Assists teachers in instruction and supervision of students.
• Ability to support math and reading interventions in elementary settings.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the preparation of instructional materials.
• Assists in the instruction of students and other classroom activities as needed.
• May tutor students individually or in small groups under the direction of the teacher.
• Assists with physical and emotional maintenance of students with disabilities including assessing curriculum and participating in school activities.
• Track and record student progress in math and reading and share this information with the instructional team.
