Job summary

Heartwood Community School seeks an experienced Instructional Coach to bolster teaching quality across elementary classrooms. You will coach teachers, analyze data, model best practices, and support collaborative planning to elevate student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid teaching certification/licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provide job-embedded coaching and feedback to teachers on best practices, data analysis, differentiation, and planning.
• Lead professional learning communities, model lessons, co-teach, and conduct classroom observations to build teacher capacity.
• Collaborate with the Director of Academics to align coaching with school priorities.
• Facilitate professional development sessions and data meetings with grade-level teams.
• Support teachers with high-quality, standards-aligned instructional materials.
