Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with students with disabilities in public schools preferred.
• Experience with ABA methods or ability to learn ABA.
• Ability to support diverse learners and implement behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain student data as directed by teachers and related service providers.
• Follow and implement behavior support plans.
• Support classroom teacher and students based on needs.
• Assist with learning styles and child development strategies.
• Adapt assistance when strategies are not working.
• Provide verbal support, prompting, redirection, and modeling.
• Perform other duties as required.
