Job summary

KIPP Public Schools Northern California seeks an Instructional Aide/After School Instructor to support students in a special education or general education setting, during and after school. You will assist with homework help, enrichment activities, and small group instruction on site at KIPP Bayview Elementary.

The role requires 1–2 years of youth development experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and ability to engage diverse families and students with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years in a youth development setting.
• Education/certifications as listed above.
• Ability to work with diverse youth, families, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist instructional support in classrooms or after school settings.
• Work with 60–80 elementary students on homework, academics, and enrichment after school on site at KIPP Bayview Elementary.
• Establish authority with leadership, clear communication, and patience.
• Commit to working throughout the full school year.
