Job summary

KIPP Public Schools Northern California is seeking an Instructional Aide/After School Instructor to support students during and after school hours at KIPP Bayview Elementary. You will assist with instructional activities, help maintain behavior standards, and perform clerical tasks.

You will work with 60–80 elementary students after school, providing homework help, enrichment, and academic support on site, requiring leadership, communication, and patience.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; AA/BA or ParaPro/CBEST options.
• 1–2 years of youth development or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Support instruction for individuals or small groups in special education or general classrooms.
• Assist in implementing classroom and school-wide behavior plans.
• Perform clerical tasks and support after-school program activities.
• Work with 60–80 elementary students after school on homework, enrichment, and academics.
