KIPP Columbus is seeking a highly qualified Inclusion Intervention Specialist to push into general education and deliver small-group, specially designed instruction. The role supports students with disabilities through IEPs, MTSS, and data-driven planning in a collaborative school setting.

The Diverse Learning Team delivers services across KIPP Columbus, emphasizing anti-racist, rigorous instruction and strong family engagement. A bachelor’s degree and Ohio licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Current Ohio Special Education license or ability to pursue.
• Experience with IEPs, MTSS, and collaborating with general education staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and monitor student progress.
• Provide specially designed instruction in small groups.
• Push-in to general education classrooms and co-teach with general ed teachers.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with families and related service providers.
• Participate in MDT meetings and maintain IEP documentation.
