Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role supporting elementary and high school students. You'll evaluate speech and language needs and deliver therapy to promote communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess students' speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student strengths and needs.
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students across K-12 with functional outcomes.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success and monitor progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations as part of the educational team.
  • Maintain thorough records of evaluations, session notes, and progress reports.
