ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026/2027 academic year in the Wellton, AZ area. The contract role may be on-site with openness to virtual/online services to fit your expertise and availability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current AZ SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience with school-aged children preferred.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide interventions for communication disorders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfort using technology for documentation or remote services.
• Commitment to approximately 30 hours per month during the school year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Deliver engaging speech and language therapy services one-on-one or in small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress and adapt strategies.
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all guidelines.
• Participate in required meetings and professional development as needed.
• Provide support and resources to educators and caregivers to foster generalization of skills.
