Job summary

Upper Elementary Teacher

Application Process

We're hiring with urgency but not in a rush. Our process includes:

• A resume review
• A preliminary phone or Zoom interview
• A whole-day visit to LCCS to teach a demo lesson, observe lessons, meet colleagues, analyze student work, and participate in a formal group interview. We want you to know if we are the right fit for you just as much as we need to know that about you.

Salary Range: $62,000-80,000 based on teaching experience and education level
