Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate kindergarten teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to academic excellence and student growth, bring creativity to their instruction, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and standards-based instruction.
Develop and implement lesson plans that reflect student needs and curriculum goals.
Establish a classroom culture that promotes learning, respect, and high expectations.
Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Assess and track student performance; provide feedback and intervention as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership.
Participate in professional development sessions and school-wide initiatives.
Support school events, field trips, and community-building activities.
Complete administrative responsibilities including attendance, grading, and lesson planning.
Adhere to all school, district, and network policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary range: $60,000 – $80,000, commensurate with experience.
