Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan learning experiences based on the AKS curriculum and create a conducive learning environment.
• Demonstrate command of the subject being taught and develop instructional objectives tied to AKS.
• Identify prerequisite skills and plan instruction to promote mastery.
• Assess student learning and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Provide formative and summative assessments and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Organize classroom content and maintain orderly routines for effective instruction.
• Utilize technology and diverse representations to support student learning.
• Collaborate with administrators, colleagues, central office staff, students, parents and the community.
