Job summary

The Archdiocese of Philadelphia is seeking a Director of Elementary Enrollment to lead enrollment management across its elementary schools. The role focuses on recruiting, admitting, and retaining students while coordinating with school principals and the Office of Catholic Education.

The director will develop strategic enrollment initiatives, provide coaching to school leaders, and align recruitment with the mission of Catholic education. Evening and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; commitment to Catholic education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enrollment management plans for elementary schools.
• Establish a primary contact for prospective families and streamline enrollment processes.
• Analyze local demographics to forecast enrollment and identify recruitment strategies.
• Create long-range marketing plans using print, digital, and social media channels.
• Coordinate recruitment calendars with school visits, open houses, and events.
• Provide professional development and coaching for school leaders and staff on enrollment.
• Maintain financial aid information for current and prospective students.
• Participate in Archdiocesan programs and contribute to core teams for enrollment initiatives.
• Advise on student information systems and technology to support enrollment needs.
• Stay current on enrollment management best practices through professional development.
