ServingSchools’s Winslow Elementary School is seeking an energetic, student-centered education technician to join our team. The role focuses on supporting joyful, inclusive, and rigorous learning environments for our youngest learners, in close collaboration with teachers to bolster academic and social-emotional growth.

The ideal candidate will conduct small group or one-on-one activities, maintain a safe classroom, and partner with staff to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Valid certification.
• Early elementary education experience is preferred.
• Experience with a variety of elementary level curricula and teaching practices is preferred.
• A commitment to continuous professional growth and collaborative practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct small group or one-on-one student activities under the supervision of the classroom teacher.
• Foster a safe and supportive classroom community where every student feels a sense of belonging.
• Maintain strong, positive partnerships with teachers and staff to support student success.
• Assumes other duties reasonably assigned by the principal
